If you still have a problem with any our product and noting else helps, please contact technical support stuff at support@evgenysoft.com. Please inform us about the following:

  • Product name and version;
  • Registration code or user ID (if you're a registered user) – this will help us to process your request faster;
  • where did you get product (http or ftp site);
  • Windows 95/98/NT/2k/Me/XP/2003 version (including service packs and other fixes installed), US or international, OEM or not;
  • computer information: CPU type and speed, amount of memory installed;
  • description of your problem (as much information as possible to retrieve the problem);
  • any additional information, which may help: the type of your hard drive, size and type of the partitions, versions of drivers in use (e.g. for Iomega ZIP drive) etc.

We’ll try to help you as soon as possible, usually in one or two business days.
